From compliance and employee relations to policy development and data analysis, Pia has excelled at implementing systems and creating infrastructures that drive success and longevity.
Pia Foard is a seasoned HR Executive pioneering advancement in organizational culture, championing employee well-being, and leading efforts that cultivate equitable and inclusive work environments. Pia brings an extensive background involving talent acquisition and retention, people development, performance management, and influencing healthy workplace atmospheres with her open-door mindset.
Pia has built a large inventory of experiences that have contributed to her professional dynamicity in human resources. Transitioning early from the health sector, Pia discovered her passion for enhancing workplace environments across diverse industries, including media, technology, education, construction, and architecture. This marked the beginning of her fulfilling career in HR, and since then, she has been a key player in transforming company cultures and driving positive outcomes for both organizations and their people. Today, Pia consistently leverages her expertise to create inclusive spaces where employees are motivated and valued.
Academically, Pia earned an MA from George Washington University, a BA from the University of Virginia, and her Advanced HR studies certificate from Cornell University. She has also attained HR certifications, including SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and CCP.
